JUDGING:
Step 1: Internal Selection (Top 5–10 Finalists)
Bright Sighted’s Judges review all submissions and score them based on:
- Clarity of the idea
- Audience + niche
- Consistency potential
Alignment with Bright Sighted values (positive, meaningful content)
On-camera presence (since this is content-driven)
Step 2: Community Voting (Final Round) Social Media audience vote on the finalists only.

30% Community Vote
