SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y (March 2026) In this latest episode, we dive into the story of Allie B and her inspiring journey starting with a dream and just $5,000, to building a thriving food business and community hub that provides meals, mentorship and hope to thousands in the Capital Region.
Her journey exemplifies the belief that if you follow what you love and work hard for it, you can make an impact. Through her efforts, she has expanded her Mac and Cheese brand to 122 stores across six states. While she continues to grow her brand, she also gives back to the community. Through the non-profit, The Cultural Center, she provides meals for families in need, mentorship programs for students and community events that bring people together.
